Our standard quality defined by
- Selected Perhutani Teak Wood Log. Perhutani is Official Forest Management in Indonesia. They manage very wide forest, include teak trees. Their products is strong, condensed teak. So teak from Perhutani is strong and durable, more resistant from termites.
- Equilibrium Moisture Content (EMC) 9-12 %. Why EMC of wood is important? All of wood is hidroscopic. Easy for moisture to enter and exit in the wood. Whe moisture enter, wood is expand. When moisture exit from wood, wood volume is shrink. If wood is dry before be manufactured, we can prevent furniture crack.
- Strong Construction. Strong joinery and glue is important for strong construction.
- Neat appearance. Neat appearance is smooth appearance and precision in size, good line and curve.
