We guarantee our products to keep fair trade in following term and condition.

TermTelegraphic/ Swift Wire Transfer (T/T). Down payment in advance is needed to begin the production process. The rest of the payment has to be completed upon invoice after inspect by buyer.

We have no minimum order: FCL (Full Container Load) or Less Container Load.

Material. We produce our contemporary furniture in Teak wood and Mahogany. All woods are kiln-dried to meet moisture content  standard, so the furniture have resistance to humidity shrinkage.

Finishing system. The option is smooth and rustic. We finished it with natural color  NC/Spray and hand stain system. Colors choice is walnut, whitewash, Light Brown, Medium Brown,  Dark Brown, and Solid Color.

Design. We offer several  collection in our showroom or database. On the other hand we accept custom design from customer.

Customer smile is our priority.  Even though we make term of complain policy, we keep communication cooperatively. We responsible for damage or false that because production fault. Buyer must claim  within 30 days from the arrival date of container. All claims has to be followed by photos of each damage item detailing specific damage or defect taken from front, side and back angle.
